Big Modeling on structure « Parrot SAM » covered in Chocolate

The objective of the workshop is to learn to work with an asymmetric structure with wire. Cover up creating the shape of a bird with plastic chocolate fondant paste.

How to prepare the structure so that the paste is fixed to it.

Work the plastic chocolate to create the body and beak of the bird and then model with fondant and modeling paste to Sam in full. Then we apply color with the technique of impressionism. The piece has an approximate height of 25 cms.
